Privacy Policy
Effective September 1, 2026
What this policy covers
This policy explains how the VerityLayer early product website and evidence verification workspace handle information.
Workspace data
The current interactive workspace performs its text comparison in your browser. Claim text, source passages, and source URLs entered into the workspace are not intentionally sent to VerityLayer servers by the workspace.
Contact and demo requests
If you submit a contact or demo form, the information you provide—including your name, email, company, and message—is processed by FormSubmit and delivered to VerityLayer. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through these forms.
Hosting and technical data
The website is hosted through Vercel. Hosting providers may process standard technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser details, and security logs to operate and protect the service.
Use and retention
Contact information is used to respond to your request and evaluate product interest. We retain it only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or to meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of contact information by emailing veritylayer@veritylayer.space.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product evolves. The effective date above identifies the current version.
