Terms of Use

Effective September 1, 2026

Early product

VerityLayer is an early-stage evidence verification product. Features may change, be interrupted, or be withdrawn as the product develops.

Permitted use

You may use the website and workspace for lawful evaluation and research. You must not use the service to violate rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, or process information you are not authorized to use.

Verification limitations

Workspace results are automated screening signals based on transparent text comparisons. They are not factual guarantees, legal advice, academic validation, or a substitute for reviewing original sources.

Your content

You retain responsibility for content you enter and for ensuring you have the right to use it. The current workspace processes entered text locally in your browser.

Intellectual property

The VerityLayer name, visual identity, website design, and original product materials are owned by their respective rights holders. Third-party content remains subject to its own terms.

No warranty

The early product is provided as available without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for decisions made using its outputs.
